A vigil to honor the 35th anniversary of the shooting at the Cleveland Elementary School school was held in Stockton on Jan. 17, 2024. The school shooting was one of America’s first mass school shootings.
Survivors and families impacted by the shooting came together to honor the victims whose lives were lost to gun violence. It was a night of reflection and encouragement for people to continue the work for better gun safety laws.
